According to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union, food and perishable products are not subject to return. (according to Art. 53, Part 4, Clause 4 of the Law of Obligations Act)

If any difficulties arise with the execution of the order, the conflict situation will be resolved in the most suitable way for all parties.

An order can be canceled or changed 36 hours in advance by calling +372 5696 0806 or emailing info@pelmdeli.ee.

If the order is canceled within a shorter period of time, the client remains obligated to pay for the order in full.
